Most consultants are hired to provide specific solutions and information as a “business expert.” They may provide step-by-step action plans, but they may not always offer ongoing support or accountability.
This work is very supportive and empowering. Typically the coach asks the client questions until the client discovers the answers to the challenge on their own. As much as that can hold great value – it tends to be time consuming.
